Job Description

Dillard's is searching for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Support Associate to join our team. As a member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales associates and customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support sales associates in achieving sales goals by assisting with customer transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
  4. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, and conducting daily inventory counts.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Dillard's in order to effectively assist customers and answer any questions or concerns.
  6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, sales associates, and other team members.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Dillard's, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles in order to provide customers with the best shopping experience.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to sales and customer service guidelines.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and customer service areas.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills and contribute to personal and professional growth.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  15. Assist with special events and promotions, including visual merchandising, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
