  3. Assist the sales team by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory levels.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Actively seek out and communicate product knowledge and promotions to customers.
  6. Monitor fitting rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.

  11. Assist with visual merchandising and floor set changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Sales Support Associate At Dillard's Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Management.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service, Either In A Retail Or Service Industry, Is Desirable For This Role. A Sales Support Associate Should Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Requests In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
