  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Dillard's customers by greeting them, answering their questions, and assisting them with any needs or concerns.
  • Support the sales team by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered in the store in order to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety measures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
