  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and tidying up the store.
  3. Support the sales team by answering customer questions, locating products, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive and cohesive work environment.
  7. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any discrepancies or low stock.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and contribute to a safe and secure work environment.
  10. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
