  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Support the sales team by ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor.
  3. Assist in processing and organizing incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom area.
  5. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and make product recommendations.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  10. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
  11. Work with the sales team to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  12. Assist with inventory management and participate in stock counts as needed.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records and preparing sales reports.
  15. Support the store's visual merchandising efforts by ensuring displays are attractive and up to date.
  16. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
