  2. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand, products, and promotions.
  3. Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and benefits.
  5. Assist customers in finding the right size and style, and provide alternatives if needed.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide a high level of expertise to customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  11. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention measures.
