  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Understand and be knowledgeable about current fashion trends and styles.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect items for their wardrobe, based on their personal style and preferences.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all store promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate them to customers.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  11. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  12. Follow all store policies and procedures, including proper handling of cash and merchandise.
  13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  14. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, even during busy or challenging times.
