Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve goals.
  2. Monitor current fashion trends and make recommendations for product selection and display.
  3. Evaluate inventory levels and order new products to ensure that the store has a sufficient supply of merchandise.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Create promotions and discounts to increase store sales.
  6. Develop relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of merchandise and negotiate favorable terms.
  7. Create a positive shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and address customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Research competitive markets and price points to ensure that Dillard’s remains competitive.
  10. Track and analyze sales performance on a regular basis.
