Job Description

As a Merchandising Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced merchandising team and be part of the creative process in developing and executing exciting product displays. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for fashion, an eye for style, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or merchandising role • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to analyze and interpret data • Strong problem-solving skills • Familiarity with basic merchandising concepts

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and executing product displays for the store.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to organize and track merchandising data.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively.
  5. Ensure accurate placement of product on shelves and displays.
  6. Provide creative input for product displays and store design.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry news.
  9. Solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  10. Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
