
Merchandising Assistant
Dillard’s is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Merchandising Assistant who will help us maintain our high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail, we would love to hear from you!The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. A basic understanding of merchandising principles and a strong customer service focus are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation. • Utilize strong organizational and multitasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment. • Apply basic understanding of merchandising principles. • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. • Interact with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. • Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed. • Regularly update and maintain product displays. • Follow store policies and procedures. • Assist with any other duties as assigned.
