Merchandising Assistant

Dillard's is seeking a dynamic Merchandising Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion to help ensure our stores provide the best shopping experience for our customers. They should also possess a strong understanding of both current and upcoming fashion trends, good customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to take initiative and make quick decisions. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the selection, setup, and promotion of merchandise in stores.
2. Monitor store sales and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
3. Work with store personnel to ensure proper display of merchandise.
4. Assist with training other store personnel on merchandising protocols and policies.
5. Collaborate with the design team to create attractive displays.
6. Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with product inquiries.
7. Keep up with fashion trends and identify potential opportunities for the company.
8. Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data related to store performance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
