HVAC Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in our retail locations. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for Dillard's retail locations.
2. Diagnose HVAC-related problems and determine appropriate solutions.
3. Follow and adhere to safety protocols and industry codes.
4. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete HVAC repairs.
5. Work efficiently and effectively while meeting deadlines.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
8. Assist with the training of new employees as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date with current HVAC technologies and best practices.
