The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently.To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, as well as a valid HVAC certification. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and be able to work with various tools and equipment.
