At Dillard's, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Technician who will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality work, and a passion for customer service.We require a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the HVAC field. The successful candidate should have experience with installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. In addition, the ideal candidate should have the ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols.We believe that the right person will be a dedicated and hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
