4. Assist in unloading and loading shipments, ensuring items are handled carefully and stored appropriately.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate merchandise replenishment on the sales floor.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in the dock and backroom areas.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
9. Assist in floor moves and store set-up, as needed.
10. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, including restrooms, break rooms, and employee areas.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
12. Uphold the Dillard's image and brand standards through professional and courteous behavior.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of dock and housekeeping processes.
