  1. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store's dock and receiving area.
  2. Ensuring that all incoming merchandise is properly sorted, labeled, and placed in the correct location.
  3. Cleaning and organizing all areas of the store, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and sales floors.
  4. Restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  5. Assisting customers with locating and carrying merchandise to their vehicles.
  6. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  8. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  9. Communicating any maintenance or safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
  10. Upholding the image and standards of the store by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  11. Assisting with inventory management, including counting and restocking merchandise.
  12. Following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security procedures.
  13. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Maintaining a positive attitude and representing the store's values at all times.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Experience In A Similar Role: A Qualified Candidate For A Dock And Housekeeping Associate Job At Dillard's Should Have Previous Experience In A Similar Position, Such As Working In A Retail Store Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Physical Strength And Stamina: This Job May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Items, As Well As Standing For Long Periods Of Time. A Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle These Tasks.
