- Develop and lead customer intelligence strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain customer segmentation models to target specific customer segments.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external data vendors and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer intelligence and analytics.
- Train and mentor team members on customer intelligence processes and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer intelligence processes and systems.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to customer intelligence.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to align customer intelligence strategies with overall business goals.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Intelligence Or Data Analytics.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Behavior And Market Trends.
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Or Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
