- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Dillard's credit card program.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of the credit card program to customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences and refine marketing tactics.
- Monitor and track the success of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage a budget for credit card marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling the credit card program to customers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Dillard's and the credit card program, ensuring all marketing materials align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Train and educate other team members on the credit card program and its benefits.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security in handling sensitive customer data.
- Regularly communicate with management to provide updates on marketing initiatives and results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the credit card marketing program to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Represent Dillard's in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Credit Card Marketing Or A Similar Role
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Marketing Analytics Tools
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
