Youth Program Aide

At Dignity Health, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Youth Program Aide to join our team and provide support to our youth programs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and has the qualifications to do so. The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth in a group setting, the ability to develop positive relationships with young people, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop positive relationships with young people and act as a positive role model.
2. Provide guidance and support to young people in a group setting.
3. Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of youth programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure program objectives are met.
5. Develop and maintain effective communication with youth, families, and staff.
6. Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices.
7. Manage administrative tasks related to the youth programs including data entry and tracking.
8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
9. Provide feedback and recommendations for program improvement.
