Sr. Claims Analyst

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in claims analysis, have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering quality customer service.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in medical claims analysis and be proficient in medical billing and coding systems. They must also demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities, as well as strong project management skills. Working knowledge of HIPAA, ICD-10 and CPT coding is essential.We are seeking a dedicated professional with a commitment to excellence. The Sr. Claims Analyst will be expected to collaborate effectively with other staff members and be flexible to changing customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset and be eager to provide the best possible solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and process claims in accordance with industry regulations and internal policies.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims submitted.
3. Resolve any discrepancies in claims data or coding.
4. Manage and monitor the progress of claims through the entire process.
5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure quality customer service.
6. Provide solutions for customers and ensure their needs are met.
7. Monitor and analyze claims trends and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Investigate appeals and denials and take appropriate action.
9. Ensure HIPAA, ICD-10 and CPT codes are correctly applied to claims.
10. Provide ongoing training and education to other staff members regarding medical claims analysis.
