We at Dignity Health are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join our team. This position is essential to providing safe and effective patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and be committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.The successful candidate must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license in California, as well as at least two years of experience in a Telemetry setting. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.At Dignity Health, we believe in creating a positive environment for our patients and our employees. Responsibilities:

Provide safe and effective patient care in a Telemetry setting.
Monitor cardiac activity and ensure accurate documentation.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure patient comfort and safety in accordance with Dignity Health standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and update patient charts.
Perform necessary diagnostic tests and interpret results.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
