MRI Technician

The successful candidate should have exceptional technical and communication skills and demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centered approach when providing care.The ideal candidate must be certified as an MRI Technician, have at least five years of experience in the MRI field, and have a strong knowledge of imaging procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines. Additionally, they should have a keen eye for detail and excellent computer skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Perform MRI scans and related imaging services with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Follow safety protocols and guidelines for MRI operations.
3. Prepare patients for MRI scans, explain the procedures, and respond to patient questions and concerns.
4. Assist with other diagnostic imaging procedures as needed.
5. Monitor and maintain the MRI equipment and related systems.
6. Provide technical support and training to other medical staff.
7. Ensure patient records and data are accurately recorded and stored.
8. Maintain and update knowledge of current MRI technology and best practices.
9. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
10. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
