
Manager Nutrition Services Production
The Manager Nutrition Services Production at Dignity Health is a highly visible role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production operations of the Nutrition Services Department to ensure the highest quality of customer service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the highest quality of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of the Nutrition Services Department.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of staff, and provide guidance and training as necessary.
- Plan, organize, and direct production activities to ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the department is supplied with the necessary resources.
- Ensure departmental budget is met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Develop policies and procedures for the Nutrition Services Department.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and develop solutions to address customer needs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide regular reports on departmental performance and activities to upper management.
