Job Description

As our Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the organization.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You should be comfortable multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role and a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to executive team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing communications.
  2. Maintain organization and accuracy of documents and records.
  3. Assess and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Provide problem-solving support and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Liaise with other departments and coordinate activities with other teams.
  7. Monitor budget and financial records to ensure accuracy and timely execution of payments.
  8. Monitor and respond to emails and other communications.
  9. Prepare and produce reports and presentations.
  10. Support executive team with research and analysis.
