FinTech Community Associate
Running Center operations, events, and member support. Taking a lead role in establishing the culture and level of member-to-member engagement at the Center, which includes leading-by-example and demonstrating enthusiasm, optimism, and integrity on the job. Planning, coordinating and/or running onsite events, meetings, and office hours. Continuing to get to know the membership base. Providing excellent service to members and guests by meeting their needs and expectations quickly and effectively, responding professionally and taking the initiative to improve service. Proposing new systems to increase efficiency and/or to increase service to our community.
FinTech, financial services and/or startup experience is a plus.
Customer service and hospitality experience is a plus.
