Job Description

Diageo is looking for an innovative and experienced Trade Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our trade marketing efforts. We are looking for a motivated individual who has an eye for detail and a passion for consumer engagement.The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing or business and at least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry. They should demonstrate an understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, as well as be able to develop creative and effective trade marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be able to drive revenue growth, create innovative campaigns, and build strong relationships with sales and marketing partners.This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop effective trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Create innovative campaigns to increase consumer engagement.
  3. Monitor and analyze consumer behaviour and market trends.
  4. Manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing partners to build strong relationships.
  6. Develop and execute strategic plans to support brand initiatives.
  7. Manage budgets and track trade marketing ROI.
  8. Provide timely reporting and analysis of trade marketing initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Evaluate trade marketing performance and identify areas of improvement.
