Job Description

Diageo, the world leader in beverage alcohol, is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the drinks industry and a drive for success. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong background in sales and marketing who can proactively manage our trade marketing activities and be a key part of our team. This individual will have a strong understanding of the market and the capability to develop and deliver innovative campaigns that will drive sales and build our brand.The successful candidate should have a university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least two years of experience in a trade marketing role. They will have strong skills in project management, be creative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop trade marketing activities for Diageo.
  2. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales and build the brand.
  3. Maintain strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  4. Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance against set targets.
  5. Utilize project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. Manage external vendors and partners to deliver on projects.
  7. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  9. Utilize creative solutions to drive engagement and sales.
  10. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
