  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local and international employment laws and regulations.
  4. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and systems, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  9. Work closely with the finance team to manage the HR budget and control costs.
  10. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR operations.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement.
  15. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR data and metrics to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or A Related Field, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Hr Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
