1. Lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations at Diageo, ensuring the production of high-quality premium drinks that meet our company's standards and exceed consumer expectations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and efficiency across all manufacturing facilities globally, including identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality, and procurement, to ensure seamless and efficient operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate manufacturing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
7. Lead and develop the manufacturing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive employee engagement, development, and performance.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems.
9. Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic input and recommendations to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
