Research and Development Chemist

1. Research and develop new products and processes for the creation of beverages.
2. Design experiments to test the production and quality of new products.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that the laboratory is in compliance with safety regulations.
4. Analyze data and report results to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with other members of the research and development team.
6. Keep up to date with new methods and technology in the field.
7. Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met.
8. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
9. Develop and optimize production processes to increase efficiency.
10. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
