They should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop and suggest process improvements. Additionally, we require the candidate to have experience with process validation and quality management systems.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all quality assurance processes and procedures meet the highest standards.
2. Develop and suggest process improvements to ensure the highest level of quality assurance.
3. Validate processes and ensure the implementation of quality management systems.
4. Monitor and evaluate product and service quality.
5. Maintain records and document quality assurance activities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
7. Identify and address potential areas of improvement.
8. Provide training and guidance to other team members.
9. Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance.
10. Monitor and troubleshoot quality issues.
