Leadership Experience: A Processing Team Lead At Diageo Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing And Motivating A Team, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Productivity And Quality Standards Are Met.
Knowledge Of Processing Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Processing Operations, Equipment, And Procedures. This Includes Experience With Batch Processing, Filtration, Blending, And Packaging Processes.
