  15. Lead and facilitate performance improvement workshops and meetings.
  16. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all performance improvement efforts.
  17. Set and maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all performance improvement initiatives.
  18. Continuously evaluate and adapt performance improvement strategies to ensure effectiveness.
  19. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support performance improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Improvement, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Kaizen.

  • Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Performance Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
