As a Market Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share for our portfolio of brands in these regions.   1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the designated regions.
  2. Identify and target potential new customers and markets for the brand portfolio.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors in the designated regions.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and market share goals for the designated regions.
  7. Conduct market research and provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning.
  8. Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and tastings to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  9. Train and educate sales teams and distributor partners on brand messaging, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  10. Monitor and manage brand budgets and expenses for the designated regions.
  11. Represent the company and brands at industry events and trade shows.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve brand performance.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and customers.
  14. Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with global strategies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in sales and brand performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Market Analysis And Strategy Development, Preferably In The Alcohol Or Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Markets In Massachusetts, Rhode Island, And New Hampshire, Including Consumer Demographics And Competitor Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Sales And Distribution Processes, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Promotions.
