  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and maximize operational efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress towards operational and financial targets, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
  • Utilize your strong background in manufacturing to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives, utilizing tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes and provide guidance and support to teams and individuals across the organization.
  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration on process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and process improvement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Operations Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Specialist Position.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
