  • Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution of the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and customers to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of the VMI program
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors and customers to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the VMI program
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for VMI processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Serve as the main point of contact for any VMI-related inquiries or issues from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain and customer service operations
  • Lead and develop a team of VMI and customer operations personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Vmi Or Customer Operations Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Experience In Managing Inventory Levels And Forecasting Demand.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Optimize Supply Chain Operations And Improve Customer Satisfaction.
