1. Develop and design engaging and effective learning solutions that align with Diageo's overall learning strategy and objectives.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs and requirements.
3. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create high-quality and interactive learning materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and classroom materials.
4. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning design and development.
5. Ensure all learning materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible for a diverse workforce.
6. Manage the end-to-end learning design process, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
7. Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
8. Partner with external vendors, when necessary, to develop and deliver learning solutions.
9. Collaborate with learning and development team members to continuously improve and innovate the overall learning experience for employees.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Diageo, promoting our company values and culture through the learning materials and experiences created.
11. Maintain a thorough understanding of Diageo's products, services, and industry to ensure accurate and relevant content.
12. Adhere to project deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
13. Provide support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on learning design principles and best practices.
