Job Description

Diageo is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and help drive sales growth and manage relationships with our key accounts.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a minimum of 4 years' experience in key account management, and a proven track record of success in developing relationships with key accounts. They must have a strong understanding of the alcohol beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic professional who can think strategically and develop creative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sales growth strategies and manage relationships with key accounts
  2. Create innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of the alcohol beverage industry to identify opportunities and improve sales
  4. Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to senior management
  5. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
  6. Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
  9. Develop and manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
