
Human Resources Business Partner
At Diageo, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about people and delivering results. You will play a key role in driving business performance and managing the relationships between the HR function and the business.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a business partner role. You should also demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to provide sound advice on HR matters. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Provide sound advice on HR matters.
- Identify areas of potential improvement in the organisation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business strategy.
- Promote and facilitate organizational and people development.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics.
- Work with the senior management team to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies.
- Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Provide guidance and advice on a variety of HR topics such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, etc.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
- Lead and participate in HR projects.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
