Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
2. Provide sound advice on HR matters.

5. Promote and facilitate organizational and people development.
6. Monitor and report on HR metrics.
7. Work with the senior management team to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies.
8. Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
9. Provide guidance and advice on a variety of HR topics such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, etc.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
11. Lead and participate in HR projects.
12. Participate in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
