Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the needs of the organization
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategies that enable employee engagement and productivity
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are consistently applied and followed
- Provide coaching and counseling to business leaders to support effective talent management
- Evaluate and assess current HR processes and procedures, and recommend improvements
- Facilitate and manage the organization's recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Monitor and analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employee contracts and job descriptions
- Manage and resolve any personnel-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and federal and state laws and regulations relating to HR
