1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber strategy that aligns with Diageo's business objectives and protects the organization from cyber threats.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies in order to continuously improve and evolve the cyber strategy.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for the cyber strategy.
4. Lead and manage a team responsible for executing the cyber strategy and maintaining a strong security posture.
5. Conduct risk assessments and prioritize security initiatives based on potential impact to the business.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry experts, to stay informed and leverage best practices.
7. Monitor and report on the organization's cyber security posture, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
8. Work closely with IT teams to ensure that cyber security measures are integrated into all technology systems and processes.
9. Identify and implement emerging technologies and processes to enhance the organization's cyber security capabilities.
10. Develop and maintain an incident response plan and lead the response to any cyber security incidents.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to cyber security.
12. Continuously assess and improve the organization's cyber security awareness and training programs.
13. Represent Diageo as a thought leader in the field of cyber security, participating in industry events and conferences.
14. Provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization to promote a culture of security and risk awareness.
