- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent production delays.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on production equipment.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on production equipment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues that may affect product quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve production processes.
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to management on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet production demands and deadlines.

Knowledge And Experience In Electrical And Mechanical Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Both Electrical And Mechanical Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Repairing Both Types Of Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Motors, Wiring, Circuits, And Other Related Components.
Technical Degree Or Certification: A Technical Degree Or Certification In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Demonstrates A Solid Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills In The Field.
Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: Familiarity With The Food And Beverage Industry, Particularly In A Manufacturing Environment, Is Highly Valued. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Standards And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Production Equipment.
Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills: As An Electromechanic, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Diagnosing And Troubleshooting Complex Issues With Equipment. The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Problems Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
