We are looking for an experienced Distillery Manager to join our Diageo team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all distilling operations, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and safely. You will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of people and make a lasting impact on our growing business. To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in distilling or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience working in a production or distillery environment. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of operational processes and be able to interpret technical documents. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all distilling operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.
  2. Interpret technical documents and provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
  3. Develop and implement operational processes to ensure quality products.
  4. Work with a wide range of people and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Monitor and maintain all machinery and equipment related to distilling operations.
  6. Monitor production and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  7. Develop and maintain standards for distilling operations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Provide training and support to team members.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
