1. Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the manufacturing operations of Diageo, in line with the overall company vision and goals.
2. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing managers and supervisors, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of production targets.
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
