Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Chain Development Manager to join our Diageo team! This role is responsible for leading the development of our chain business within the US market. As the Chain Development Manager, you’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify and develop opportunities to grow our chain business. You will be a creative problem solver who is able to leverage your understanding of the chain business and the US market to develop strategies, plans, and tactics to drive sales growth.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the US chain business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders. You should be a strategic thinker who has a track record of developing successful strategies and seeing them through to implementation. A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role. A passion for the Diageo portfolio and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results are also key. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of Diageo’s chain business in the US market.
  2. Identify and develop opportunities to grow the chain business.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop strategies, plans, and tactics to drive sales growth.
  4. Leverage understanding of the chain business and the US market to develop successful strategies and plans, and ensure they are implemented.
  5. Provide creative problem solving and solutions to challenges.
  6. Work under pressure and maintain a proactive approach to problem solving.
  7. Demonstrate a passion for the Diageo portfolio and go above and beyond to deliver results.
  8. Maintain excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
