- Develop and execute state-specific customer marketing plans in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in assigned state markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated for state-specific marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication and alignment between internal teams and external customers.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform future marketing plans.
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, events, and trade shows to showcase Diageo's brands and products.
- Train and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Sales Within The Alcohol Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of State-Specific Liquor Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Effectively With Customers.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Brand Awareness.
