1. Develop and execute state-specific customer marketing plans in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.

3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.
