- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Logistics and Transport department.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the logistics and transport operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics and transport staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure smooth coordination of logistics and transport processes.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
