1. Lead and manage a team of asset care technicians to ensure the smooth operation of production facilities.
2. Develop and implement asset maintenance strategies and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify and address potential issues.
4. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
5. Develop and manage budgets for asset care activities and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Plan and coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet production demands.
7. Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to optimize asset care processes.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all asset care activities.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve asset care processes.
11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all asset care activities.
12. Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on asset care performance and recommend improvements.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and a strong work ethic.
14. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner.
