Validation Engineer

Create, update, and execute validation protocols as needed to encompass evolving equipment improvements or changes. Provide inputs on validation schedule and budgets for responsible equipment to PMO as part of the capacity expansion team. Providing technical input, review, and approval to validation documentation and support /lead the execution of assigned equipment qualifications. Support the successful knowledge and tech transfer of new manufacturing platforms into manufacturing, which could include site to site transfers, as needed. Identify and implement improvements to the equipment qualifications that will drive more efficient and compliant validations in close collaboration with Advanced Mfg Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. Effectively implement problem solving skills and techniques to identify potential equipment qualification risks and develop/implement mitigation plans as needed. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
