Staff Packaging Engineer

Collaborate with R&D leaders and engineers to identify and prioritize potential CGM packaging design solutions. Generate technology investment proposals linking needs and technologies and obtain funding & project approval from leadership team. Ensure approved technology proposals & projects are assigned leaders, teams, and given resources. Work with individual technology leads to set milestones and timelines for all project efforts. Oversee timelines, milestones, objectives, and priorities for all early-stage hospital technology projects and provide regular updates to New Markets & Packaging Engineering leadership. Manage interdependencies and coordination between the various technology efforts, driving alignment on New markets requirements, product configurations and manufacturability. Identify, quantify, & drive down risks and barriers associated with next generation technologies. Design, development, and qualification of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions for existing and new Dexcom products both domestic and international.
